Readymix Agregate SRL a fost infiintata in 2007 ca un parteneriat dintre Readymix Romania si Kostmann. Readymix Romania activeaza de peste 20 ani in domeniul productiei de betoane, actualmente pe piata Romaniei cu 8 fabrici de betoane fixe si 3 mobile.
Kostmann este un consorţiu austriac cu tradiţie, activ în industria construcţiilor, în producţia şi rafinarea materiilor prime, precum şi în industria de transport, grup care a imbinat intotdeauna tradiţia si inovaţia. Consorţiul Kostmann este format din numeroase companii din Austria şi din străinătate.
In 2017 Kostmann a renuntat la participatiile din Romania in favoarea partenerului local.
Readymix Agregate SRL was founded in 2007 as a partnership between Readymix Romania and Kostmann. Readymix Romania activates over 15 years in the production of concrete, currently on the Romanian market with 8 immobile and 3 mobile concrete plants.
Kostmann is an austrian consortium full of tradition and inovation, active in the construction industry, in the production and refinement of raw materials as well as in the transportation industry. The Kostmann consortium is comprised of numerous companies located in Austria and abroad.
In 2017 Kostmann gave up stakes in Romania in favor of the local partner.
